The Festival of Trees is made possible by the work of over 2000 dedicated volunteers. This represents approximately 72,000 hours or $720,000.00 in donated human resources.

Volunteers work in a wide variety of areas at the Festival such as:

·         Children’s World Activities – Assist children with various crafts, activities and shopping, take photos with Santa, help with line control.

·         Gift Shop, Sweet Shop, and Ice 'N Eat – Assist with purchases, restock shelves, tidy up and help customers and children. 

·         Volunteer Hospitality Room – Help prepare and serve food to volunteers; provide a comfortable place for volunteers to relax.

·         Tree Guardians – Maintain the safety and security of the trees and other decorated items; provide assistance to visitors.
