Alberta has one of the highest rates of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in the world with more than 7,500 people living with IBD in Northern Alberta alone.
Community support like the Kimberley Homes Golf Classic is vital to ensuring that patients benefit from the latest in research discoveries in this very complex and specialized area of care. Research advancements continue to evolve, offering great hope for many patients and their families.
Last year organizers and sponsors for the golf tournament helped raise over $200,000! The funds raised through this tournament will stay in our community to advance the research and treatment of Albertans suffering from IBD.
